Chef Angii 

Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica to a Jamaican father and a Japanese mother. 

She became interested in cooking at an early age, and after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she trained at Taillevent, the "Hall of Fame of French Cuisine" in Paris.

After returning to Japan, she further refined her skills at the two Michelin star restaurant "Narisawa" and the two Michelin star Spanish restaurant "Sant Pau".

Currently, while working hard to raise her child, she has launched "876 Days" to fulfill her dreams of introducing more Jamaican food in Japan. 

876 Days hopes to bring the taste of authentic Jamaican cuisine to everyone.
