What is Premium Jerk Chicken ?

Chef Angii spent two years creating a Jerk sauce using Japanese ingredients in which the succulent, Miyazaki "Jidori" chicken is marinated. The well balanced blend of aromatic herbs and spices combined with the high quality chicken creates an exquisite taste.

Great for BBQs, parties, or as a gift, this is the perfect delicacy to enjoy.


Cooking Instructions:

Remove from freezer and place in refrigerator until thawed.

To bake in the oven:

Bake at 190℃ for 15 minutes, then at 250℃ for 10 minutes. Bake for a total of 25 minutes.

When grilling:

Grill over medium heat, skin side down, for 18 minutes, then grill skin side up for an additional 7 minutes.

Using fry pan: 

Add a small amount of oil to the fry pan and cook the chicken, skin side up, over medium heat for 10 minutes, then skin side down for 10 minutes, until the desired color is achieved. The internal temperature of the chicken should be at least 60°C.

The flavor is superb when eaten as is, but it is also delicious with salad, bread or rice.
